Do you offer complimentary parking on site?
Yes, one complimentary parking space is offered within the cost of your rent. Additional parking is available, just ask!
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $100 per applicant. Apply within 48 hours of your first visit and we will credit the application fee at move in!
Are you currently offering any monetary incentives?
To celebrate the grand opening of our community, renters who lease now can enjoy up to 2 months of rent-free living when they sign a 26-month lease. Or, sign a 13-month lease and receive one month free. Be sure to ask us about these exciting incentives and eligibility details, but don’t wait! They are subject to change at any time.
What is the Pet Policy?
Our community welcomes both cats and dogs, with a maximum allowance of two pets per apartment.
Is grilling allowed in the community?
Grilling stations and picnic tables are available for resident use near our outdoor heated swimming pool. Grilling is not permitted on apartment balconies per the township’s fire code.
What is the availability of other amenities within this community?

Do you offer any additional services for resident convenience?
- TRANSIT SCREEN - Transit Screen is a technology that continuously updates your options for transit, uber and nearby stores and restaurants as it relates to our community. This is displayed on a screen within the clubhouse and can also be viewed on a mobile app on residents’ cell phones.
- VALET TRASH SERVICE offers ultra-convenient trash disposal to our residents. Trash and recyclables will be retrieved from outside your apartment door in the evening Sunday-Thursday.
- ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATIONS – We offer 2 charging stations (charging rate is displayed) within our community 24/7 for your convenience.
How do I pay my rent?
For your convenience we accept electronic payments through our online resident portal, so you can pay instantaneously from anywhere, anytime. Alternatively, a check can be mailed to our corporate office.
Do you have onsite maintenance?
Yes! The Link offers 24-hour onsite emergency maintenance. Non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted through our online resident portal or by calling the leasing office.
May I reserve an apartment?
Absolutely! To reserve an apartment, we require a completed application and the application fee check made payable to “Aberdeen Plaza Station Urban Renewal, LLC”. Once your application is approved, our leasing team will send you a Welcome Letter and Lease for electronic signature.
